We currently offer either a fully managed service or tenant find only depending on the individual needs of the landlord. All viewings are arranged and in some cases conducted by a company representative.

We offer rental payments direct to your bank account via our electronic banking system.

All prospective tenants are subject to both credit and referencing checks and working guarantors are required for all DSS applicants.
